I've been practicing making fried rice recently. Today, I made it to accompany some pan seared sockeye salmon. I also made a lemon-garlic aioli to go with it.

Taking a break from suggested dishes to recreate something I've always wanted to try. This pasta centers around smoked salmon, enhanced with a rich lemon-butter sauce.I had a dish like this during a Mediterranean cruise last year. It blew me away at the time, but I never seriously tried to recreate it until now.
