Japanese-style creamy simmered chicken wings I made recently.最近作った鶏手羽の和風クリーム煮です😋 I made this from my favorite recipe book.お気に入りのレシピ本を見て作りました。When I travel abroad, I like to look for recipe books.海外へ行ったら、レシピ本を探すのが好きです。Japan also has many recipe books, so they make great souvenirs.日本にもたくさんレシピ本があるので、お土産にオススメです😄

I made pasta with whitebait for yesterday's lunch.昨日のお昼にシラスのパスタをつくりました☺️I added anchovies and half the amount of whitebait to the aglio e olio base sauce.アーリオオーリオベースのソースに半量のしらすとアンチョビを加えました。I added the other half raw as a topping.残りのしらすは生のまま加えました。It turned out really delicious.とても上手くできました😋

I went for a run this morning on the way to the post office.今朝は郵便局🏣に行くついでに走ってきました。Lately, the weather has been like this.最近のお天気はずっとこんな感じです。The rain kept starting and stopping, and the humidity was so high that I ended up drenched in sweat.雨は降ったり止んだり、湿度はめちゃ高くて汗だくになりました。😂Today’s lunch was instant ramen and natto.今日のランチはインスタントラーメンと納豆でした。

I made chilled zenzai（chilled sweet red bean soup）from a ready-made pack. レトルトパックを使って冷やしぜんざいを作りました。It didn’t come with mochi, so I made dumplings using shiratamako. (glutinous rice flour)餅が入ってなかったので、白玉粉を使って団子🍡を作りました。Perfect dessert for a hot summer day.暑い夏にはぴったりのデザートです☺️

We invited two couples who are friends of my husband over on Sunday for a pizza party.夫の友人夫婦2組を招いてピザパーティーをしました😆Our friends brought their older model of the “ENRO” pizza oven, and we compared it with ours.友人夫婦が旧型の同じピザオーブン「ENRO」を持ってきてくれて、うちのと焼き比べをしました。As expected, the new one made pizzas with thinner, crispier crusts, but both were delicious!やはり新しいオーブンの方が、ピザの耳が薄くパリっとしていました。でもどちらも美味しかったです！The most popular ones were the meat miso corn mayo pizza and the shirasu pizza!人気があったのは肉味噌コーンマヨネーズとシラスのピザ！For dinner, I made pasta using the leftover toppings.夜は余ったトッピングを使ってパスタを作りました。
