The fact that millions of people share the same vices does not make these vices virtues, the fact that they share so many errors does not make the errors to be truths, and the fact that millions of people share the same forms of mental pathology does not make these people sane. -Erich Fromm
My favourite Poem. Whats your favourite? The Cookie Thiefby Valerie CoxA woman was waiting at an airport one night, with several long hours before her flight. She hunted for a book in the airport shops, bought a bag of cookies and found a place to drop. She was engrossed in her book but happened to see, that the man sitting beside her, as bold as could be. . .grabbed a cookie or two from the bag in between, which she tried to ignore to avoid a scene. So she munched the cookies and watched the clock, as the gutsy cookie thief diminished her stock. She was getting more irritated as the minutes ticked by, thinking, “If I wasn’t so nice, I would blacken his eye.”With each cookie she took, he took one too, when only one was left, she wondered what he would do. With a smile on his face, and a nervous laugh, he took the last cookie and broke it in half.He offered her half, as he ate the other, she snatched it from him and thought… oooh, brother. This guy has some nerve and he’s also rude, why he didn’t even show any gratitude! She had never known when she had been so galled, and sighed with relief when her flight was called. She gathered her belongings and headed to the gate, refusing to look back at the thieving ingrate. She boarded the plane, and sank in her seat, then she sought her book, which was almost complete. As she reached in her baggage, she gasped with surprise, there was her bag of cookies, in front of her eyes.If mine are here, she moaned in despair, the others were his, and he tried to share. Too late to apologize, she realized with grief, that she was the rude one, the ingrate, the thief.
My Poem „being“Ich bin stark. Nichts kann mich berühren wenn ich es nicht will. Ich bin mutig, ich bin der Büffel der den Sturm entgegen geht und ihn durchquert. Ich bin neugierig, wie ein junges Kind, dass mit Schmetterlingen tanztIch bin gefühlvoll, wie der laue Wind der durch die Blätter des Waldes wandert.Ich bin alles und nichts, und das gleichzeitigIch bin das Universum
This is for you, when you feel grief for a loss. (Any loss. Weather a family member died, a relationship broke or any other)You feel wounded, pain, guilt, worried about the people you lost or your family, worried about yourself, the future you cant imagine for now. Your identity might be shatterred into pieces. Allow yourself to feel any emotion (especially men got a little problem with that). Be brave. Look into the eye of the stormDont distract yourself 24/7. BREATHE- allow your sole to healBelieve me you are not alone with it.Life is really a bumpy road.Dont be scared about life. Fear stops life, remember this. Have the courage to go against the storm, it will pass Big Hug

MADRID 🇪🇸I highly recommend you to go to the royal palace in Madrid. Its astonishing how glamerous the inside of this building is. And if you really heading to Madrid- DONT forget to visit the famous PRADO museum (go with a guide except you are highly educated in arts) Es war wirklich beeindruckend. Zum Schluss noch eines meiner Lieblingswerke aus dem Prado!

Unfortunatly staying in Milano is more expensive than I thought, so I decided to stay in a hostel, which was quite a fail tbh 😂 (dont recommend to go there)Also the god of weather wasnt on my side in Milano but at least as anywhere in italy, the food is just the best👌🏻I had the opportunity to see the last supper from Leonardo Da Vinci, painted on the wall inside a church.(With a guide) Amazing experienceAs Iam not a fashionista, shopping wasnt my agenda in Milano, even tough its known for its outstanding clothes. Here are some shots from 3 days Milano
