After years of windsurfing, windfoiling, and wingfoiling, I finally took on kitesurfing—and it has quickly become my new favorite. The potential for speed, jumps, and tricks is virtually limitless, and the convenience of traveling with a kite quiver is a game-changer. Next on the list: kitefoiling. Hainan Island is calling, and I’m ready to explore! 😎
Anyone here who knows about 风筝冲浪? It's a new sport to me, but I was able to learn it fast, due to my experience in other wind sports like wingfoiling and windsurfing. I had a Chinese coach teaching me entirely in Chinese, so it was double tough to learn the kite lingo at the same time, but man, what fun it is!
Listening as jury member to 500 little piano students over 2 days. After each performance I gave comments on their performance, which I tried to do in broken but hopefully understandable Chinese, something along those lines: That was a very colorful and skilful performance! 富有节奏能量,有很多音色。我有两个建议,第一点是,你可以让乐句有更多的呼吸,第二点,并更多地使用你的手臂重量来弹奏琴键,以产生这些大的声音波。继续努力,谢谢!
