I’ve discovered there’s a powerful beauty in the freedom of being who you truly are.Life doesn’t spare anyone from difficult and challenging days. But when we choose to stay true to ourselves, when we keep recognizing, embracing, and choosing ourselves, existence becomes lighter. And even among the shadows, it still pulses with sweetness.📍Monte Sião, Minas Gerais, Brazil.
The Basilica Nossa Senhora do Rosário de Fátima, located between the Brazilian cities of Cotia and Embu das Artes, is a true setting for peace and spirituality. With its impressive neo-gothic architecture, stunning stained glass windows and a contemplative atmosphere, it provides a unique experience for both the faithful and those who appreciate sacred art. Managed by the Heralds of the Gospel, the basilica holds daily masses and welcomes visitors seeking a moment of reflection and spiritual connection. Agora irei me afogar no meu delicioso chocolate de Crème Brûlée.🫰-Blue Brunch 🩵 Today the day started very blue and full of joy in another meeting with friends... Have you ever heard of indigenous tribes in Brazil? Most of them are concentrated in the North, Northeast and Central-West regions of the country. A few months ago I went to the Octo Marques Cultural Center, in Goiânia, capital of Goiás, and had the opportunity to learn more about indigenous culture, specifically the Exhibition “Kuarup sacred ritual: abstractions and representations, a new collection”, by Rosa Berardo. Practiced once a year in all villages in Alto Xingu, Kuarup is a period dedicated to honoring deceased members of the community. The Ritual is performed with body painting, traditional adornments, songs and dances. A moment that highlights the meaning and respect that each of them has for their people.I love the diversity of my country! 🇧🇷
