Unpopular opinnion⚠️I hate finnish libraries ( In Helsinki, Espoo). It’s been almost two years since I came back, and I love it here but one thing I still cannot get used to is how annoyingly loud finnish libraries are. I often use libraries as place to study but in most libraries the so called “quiet zone” policy does not apply anymore. It’s hard to focus when there’s lot’s of loud chatter and kids screaming and running around. One thing what I loved about Japan was how quiet the libraries were. Wish the same policy and mannerism would apply here to every age group not just kids. (Damn I sound old as hell)Is this the same in all over Finland or is there another reason to this. Someone please explain it to me. Also I want to hear how the situation is in your country.
Haven’t posted anything in a while…In middle school, I would’ve never thought about studying in Japan or speaking any Japanese. Here I am 5 years later, lived in Japan for a bit, speaking bit off japanese and honing my skills, finishing high school and one step closer to actually trying to get into Japanese university…
