今天做直播的时候，我吃了午饭。吃了一些端午节剩下的粽子，我在冰箱里拿了出来，重新蒸了一下。😄中国的端午节在每年的农历五月初五，今年是在5月31日，今年我家做了很多粽子，所以剩下的放到了冰箱里。和直播间的朋友聊起了我们中国的传统节日，端午节。粽子的做法，用芦苇叶把黏米包起来。又聊到了南北方饮食文化的差异，就拿粽子来讲，北方人一般喜欢吃甜粽子，南方人习惯吃肉粽子，肉粽子就是在粽子里面放上一些猪肉或者其他的肉，甜粽子呢，一般北方人会放一些红豆或者红枣这些甜点。💕💕聊到了红豆儿，直播间有朋友想到了中国著名歌手王菲，她有一首非常经典的歌，就叫做《红豆》。🎶🎶“等到风景都看透，我想你会陪我看细水长流。”这是部分歌词，外国朋友说，虽然听不太明白，但是旋律很好听。然后后我向用英文向她解释了红豆所表达的情感：无论未来事实怎么变化，最终我还会留一颗心等待你。她认为这种思想很酷。🆒红豆在中国文化里是一种带有相思情结的意象物品，又被称作“相思子”。所以我又给她诵读了一首唐代诗人——王维（701-761）写的《相思》。红豆生南国，春来发几枝？愿君多采撷，此物最相思。表达了深深的对友人的思念之情。听完后她感叹道：“beautiful words”我很享受这样的文化交流🥰💕💕p1是甜粽子2是咸粽子p4是王菲p5是红豆p3是楷书《相思》p6是行书繁文版《相思》
今天中午我吃的是不是有点多😁周五放纵餐，云南过桥米线，山东大煎饼，还有一杯薄荷奶绿，哈哈哈碳水集合炸弹💣晕碳中😦……🤪今天我才知道为什么叫“过桥米线”😂云南过桥米线起源于中国云南蒙自地区，蒙自贤妻传说是流传最广的典故版本✍🏻：清代一位秀才在湖心岛苦读，他的妻子每天给他送饭，需要过一座桥，距离遥远。饭菜容易变凉。有一天，妻子发现，鸡汤表面浮油能长时间保温。为了每天让丈夫吃上热乎的饭，妻子将热汤分装，再带上米线、生肉片，跨过桥，带到湖心岛，现场烫熟，保持鲜嫩口感。这就是过桥米线的来历。现已成为国家级非物质文化遗产🌟🌟🌟I ate a bit too much at noon today, haha. Feeling dizzy from carbs... 😦...🤪 I just found out today why it's called "cross-bridge rice noodles" 😂. Yunnan cross-bridge rice noodles originated in Mengzi, Yunnan, China. The most widely spread legend is about the virtuous wife in Mengzi: In the Qing Dynasty, a scholar studied hard on an island in the middle of a lake. His wife had to cross a bridge every day to bring him meals, and the distance made the food easily get cold. One day, the wife discovered that the layer of oil floating on the surface of chicken soup could keep it warm for a long time. To let her husband have hot meals every day, she divided the hot soup into containers, took rice noodles and raw meat slices, crossed the bridge to the island in the middle of the lake, and blanched them on the spot to keep the fresh and tender taste. That's the origin of cross-bridge rice noodles, which has now become a national intangible cultural heritage. 🌟🌟🌟
大家好，今日是大吉日，我感觉不错，和大家聊聊我大学读书的地方——内蒙古。今天早上我一如既往地吃早餐，酸奶是内蒙古产的，“兰格格草原酸奶”，不免勾起我往事的回忆，内蒙古，让我百感交集的地方！这里承载了我4年的成长，太多故事，我想慢慢地讲……我就是在这里读的汉语国际教育专业，一个多民族文化融合的地方。当然，蒙古族是这里的主要定居者，还有汉族，和一些其他少数民族，汇集在一起。不同民族的语言，不断融合的文化，造就了这里与生俱来的包容力💦💦而我认为，这种包容力仅是蒙古族族文化中不经意间透露的一抹色彩，就像蒙古袍的一个裙摆不小心被触摸到了。真正的蒙古族文化是更深长，更磅礴，带着历史的印记，更具文化和内涵。就像蒙古服饰那样，华丽，庄重，沉稳，大气。提起蒙古族一定会想到元代，蒙元时代已成为一个历史符号。现在我们国家的首都：北京（三朝古都），其实最开始就是在元代定都北京的，那时候叫作——元大都。是中外往来频繁的贸易地点，在《马可波罗游记》中就有提及。在学习《汉学史》这门课程时我的“元大都作业”还被评为了优秀作业😁所以我现在还是记忆犹新😆元代的建立，离不开蒙古族的领袖，一代天骄——成吉思汗！这个曾让半个欧洲为之颤抖的男人，他及其子孙曾带领蒙古铁骑征战到欧洲伏尔加河、多瑙河、达奥得河、维斯瓦流域！🌍🌍🌍辉煌的过去的已成为历史，留下来的是坚韧不拔、骁勇善战的民族精神和蒙古族人民，他们团结协作、重视集体，他们开阔包容、兼容并蓄，他们重信守义、重视荣誉……太多美好的词汇不足以形容这样一个民族，当然这也是属于伟大的中华民族文化的其中一部分💕💕💕太多感动，太多想念，请化作内蒙的风，内蒙的云，替我继续留在那里……＊p2、p3、p4是我亲手拍的 p5是我们学校图书馆的浮雕壁画 最上边是成吉思汗 p6是成吉思汗像，藏于台北博物馆 p7、p8、p9是我蒙古族同学和我分享的
This was my breakfast this morning. As usual, black coffee and toast, and today I added yogurt and dragon fruit. 💕💕 To be honest, I wasn't very energetic when I got up because I stayed up late, and I felt unwell. I went out to do some shopping today. I originally planned to stay at home, but I ran out of bread.
