Spring is arriving, and with it sunny days and heat. Iced coffee is my best friend these days. I'm out of V60 filters so I made it with a Melita 4 brewer. James Hoffman's recipe for cold V60 is one that has never failed me. I use 200g of ice and 300g of water. 30-35g of coffee. I modified the brew slightly so I do 3 100g pours, it's easy for me to get distracted so round numbers keep me in track. After that I swirl until all ice is melted. Then I serve to a cup with ice.
