Today, as usual, I started my day at 8:30 with a glass of water and my iron pill. Then I had my breakfast with two eggs and wasa crackers. After that, I took my vitamin C, magnesium, vitamin D, and bromelain. At 11, I started work, and I finished at 6. Later, I met my friend who owns a pilates studio—she had just returned from vacation and I had missed her. We had coffee together for an hour, and she offered me a cinnamon and banana snack.At 7 p.m., I went to my class. While waiting for it to start, I drank collagen and soda. After two hours of class, I had a salad with 100 grams of chicken and took L-carnitine before heading to the gym. About half an hour later, I did 20 minutes of incline walking, 20 minutes on the elliptical, and 20 minutes of cycling. After finishing my cardio, I had a soda with a friend, then went home, took a shower, and relaxed.Now I’m going to watch the Netflix series I’ve been following. My daily routines usually go like this—work, sports, and personal growth. Since I can’t find time during the day, I usually work out in the evenings. I really enjoy my routines, but on weekends I step outside of them. My reward days are usually Tuesday and Sunday. On those days, I feel like I’ve entered heaven—I eat and drink without limits. :)How about you? How’s everything going?
