📘 Journey of a Russian Learner – Week 3 🇷🇺Привет, друзья! 😁Last week I had a difficult week, a lot of things to deal with, and I ended up not being able to document my learning.Anyway, I’m in the third week and it’s still a lot of fun learning the Russian language.

My kitty gave us a big scare and went through a tough surgery. She’s now recovering, guys wish her a speedy recovery! 🐈🙏🏼

📘 Journey of a Russian Learner – Week 2 🇷🇺Привет, друзья! 😁This second week was easier. I’m already getting used to reading and pronouncing words according to the Russian alphabet, including the stress on the correct syllable, and I’m also able to understand short dialogues. 🎉

📘 Journey of a Russian Learner – Week 1 🇷🇺Привет, друзья! 😁This first week was a mix of challenge and fun! Learning Russian has been way more exciting than I expected. Here are 3 things that stood out in this first week:

🇷🇺 А кто-нибудь хочет помочь мне выучить русский?🇺🇸 I accidentally changed the language I was learning… and now I’m learning Russian? 😂 But you know what? I’ve decided to turn it into a little adventure for the next couple of days and make it fun. Anyone out there up for teaching me something?

(🇧🇷) Eu estava assistindo uma série brasileira disponível na Netflix chamada DNA do crime. É exatamente o tipo de série que eu gosto, pois envolve investigação criminal. Vale ressaltar que essa série é baseada em fatos reais que aconteceram durante um período no Brasil quando organizações criminosas realizaram diversos assaltos a bancos. Ao assistir a série eu refleti como o crime organizado tem acesso a tantos investimentos, equipamentos armamento e principalmente pessoas capacitadas para executar e resolver problemas complexos.

🇺🇸 I was about to share one of my favorite sweets - cookies - until i found out it’s a popular cookie originated in my hometown. It’s called Monteiro Lopes and once someone told me the name was inspired by two rival bakeries: Manoel MONTEIRO and Antonio LOPES. After both bakers passed away, their surnames were combined as a symbol of peace between their families. If you guys come to Belém, make sure to take some time to try it. (I’m not sure if it’s available in other Brazilian states)🇧🇷 Eu estava prestes a compartilhar um dos meus doces favoritos - biscoitos - até que descobri que é um biscoito popular originário da minha cidade natal. Chama-se Monteiro Lopes e me falaram que o nome foi inspirado em duas padarias rivais: Manoel MONTEIRO e Antônio LOPES. Depois que ambos os padeiros faleceram, seus sobrenomes foram combinados como um símbolo de paz entre suas famílias. Se vocês vierem a Belém, não deixem de experimentar. (Não tenho certeza se está disponível em outros estados brasileiros)

Since my friends recommended me to watch this anime I got so addicted to! It seems like old anime are much better than the current ones. Of course we cannot compare the animation, but in terms of storyline and how it makes the most of each character, it’s amazing.
