Newest project is planting more fruit trees in friends, families, and neighbors yards. This one is European Pear tree that will eventually grow to be the height between 15-18 meters in the next ten years. I get to learn all kind of cool things as a chef 🫡👩🏻🍳

One of my good friends wanted to show me his favorite spot to get a cheesesteak. It wasn’t half bad taste wise. I can see why he enjoys it.

One of the top ten dishes in Lao cuisine is called Nam Khao. I love making this dish with my cousins. You can eat as is or wrapped in a piece of lettuce with herbs. I also had a delicious Japanese Omurice that was topped with a Demi-glazed sauce for lunch. Idk about you but meals with my friends and families taste better.
