The question is not whether I'm successful or not. The question is am I paying attention? Am I learning about how I feel and what is going on around me and within me?If I pay close enough attention, I can learn how to create success consistently - in any endeavor: walking, running, eating, exercising, working. Just listen. There are some answers you do not yet know to listen for.

Not the US, not China, the world.COVID has come and it has reminded us that the world is ONE place. We all affect each other. My father died from COVID this year. Let us all remember the world is ONE place and help each other blossom and grow to our full potential. This is my greatest wish.
My father died from COVID yesterday. As I pause to consider what he means to me, I am reminded of the qualities that made him different - willingness and responsibility. This loving, humorous man also had the face of one who knew what was needed and did what he could to support others growth. I am reminded that if I want his influence to live on, I must remember to practice and become these qualities that made him so valuable. In this way my father will continue to live on in me.
Time is basically a little bit of time and energy.What will you do that time and that energy? will you use it to do the same things over and over to make a little bit more money get a little bit better things? Or will you live it in a profound way and experience things that you never thought were possible?Let me tell you this: My job is exhilarating. my work fills me with joy.Riding my bike in the cold morning air everyday and seeing the beautiful scenery everyday is so amazing.I discover new things about myself that are profound meaningful and magnificent.My life is always getting better. I'm always getting happier stronger and smarter because I'm willing to be open to possibility.

Do I want to live in China? Do I want to marry a Chinese girl? Do I want children? Where will I go? What job do i seek?Every time I tell them my goal in life is not to become something or have something, it is what I am becoming. Becoming a better person: stronger, happier, smarter, wiser, more loving. This is a direction, not an end goal. In the future, I do not know how the world will change. I do not know who I will know or where I will go. What I do know is I am determined to become great. Focus on the process.

Today my girlfriend expressed to me that she's hesitant to speak about her past because she's dissatisfied with her choices.I reminded her that life is what we make of it and that she should try to see the benefit of the choices she has made.All of us have experiences that we regret. The choice that we have here and now is what to do with those experiences. Learn to use every experience that you have as something that can benefit you and you will learn the art of making heaven on earth.

Something unimaginable and wonderful could happen at any minute. Don't be so sure that you know so much about how life operates. Don't wait for a disaster to happen to show you how ignorant you are. Be open to discovering life, discovering new possibilities. Life is wonderful and infinite. 🙂
