Today I visited one of the most popular brutalist buildings in Belgrade, the Geneks Tower. This building complex consists of two tall skyscrapers of different heights, which are connected by a bridge-like structure on the 26th floor. The funny thing is that one part is a place to live and the other part is abandoned offices. It feels like living next to a haunted house. But the building is incredibly beautiful. I like it a lot.
Food Porn Post. I really like to eat, I like many kinds of cuisines. I also like the way food looks. I have a favorite dish is eggs Benedict, Idk why, but if I'm confused about the choice, I choose this dish always and everywhere😅But I also always like to try new things. I will be glad if you text me about your favorite dishes from your countries. I’m curious ☺️
I plan to travel ✈️ a lot in the fall to different places.September - Montenegro (Budva)September-October - South Korea (Soul)November - Sri Lanka If you have any tips about these three countries, please tell me. Especially if I can visit any museum, art installation, nature, sightseeing. I will be glad to any advice 🙏🏻
My favorite hobby is film photography. I shoot with an old Olympus camera. Idk why, but analog photography has some different vibe and experience. When you press the button and shoot, you don't see what it looks like, you have to wait and develop the film after you take 36 frames. I get so excited every time I see new photos from my old camera.
I'm very interested in street art. There is a lot of it in Belgrade. But I like only a few of them. The one I like the most is the work of the artist NeSpoon, she created a beautiful painting with white lace on a place called Silosi. I highly recommend to visit this place if you ever come to Belgrade.
Hey there. I want to continue to talk about my favorite part of my travels - museums.Istanbul modern. One of my favorite museum. First I’ll you about the building. It is the project from Renzo Piano (this architect build the Pompidou Center in Paris). The architecture of the museum reminds me of a ship arriving at the port. They are simple and pleasant. At the entrants we see the large statue of contemporary art by Tony Cragg's "The Runner".On the first floor is an exhibition of artwork by Japanese artist Chiharu Shiota's "Between Worlds".The second floor has many paintings by Turkish artists. The one I liked the most was a digital artwork by Refik Anadol's titled Infinity Room: Bosphorus. This site-specific installation is part of the museum's permanent collection and utilizes real-time environmental data from the Bosphorus to create an immersive and dynamic visual experience.A visit to the Museum of Modern Art is on my wish list for all my travels. In case you haven't noticed.
I want to share my professional experience. For 3 years I attended creativity and graphic design conferences in Barcelona. It was my favorite event dedicated to design. And every year I was afraid to talk to people in English. It's such a silly thing to do. But I don't know how to fix it. Every time I met new foreigners, I would freeze up. And I can only say “hello” and “nice to meet you”😅 every time I just listen to people. No dialog. That sucks. I want to be a person who isn't afraid to talk to people in English. How did you learn a different language?
One day I learned a good phrase with my teacher. And I’m glad now I can use this 🤗“Binge-watching”I was binge-watched an unpopular romantic comedy this weekend. 2 seasons in 2 days 🫣 Because I was sad. There was nothing special about it. But the soundtrack to it was just great! I want to share the Spotify link, but it doesn't work here (I can't attach the link), so I'm just posting a screenshot.
About funny and stupid things at HelloTalk. There was a guy chatting with me then he wouldn't reply to messages about a trip to Japan and disappeared. Then I saw him post that people disappear on this app and I make a joke that him don't reply me too and he blocked me 🤡😅. What's wrong with people? P.S.I will never attach screenshots and have as it is not ethical to do so 🙏🏻
This text is about Spain. I love Barcelona very much. I have been there 5 times and I want more. For me this city is freedom, nice friendly people and a lot of gooood design and art. Every year I go there for a professional conference or a music festival. I just love them. It's also home to my favorite museum called Moca. It has a great collection of contemporary art. Maybe I'll tell you about it later. I also really like street art. There is a lot of it in these city and it’s so inspired me 😍🇷🇺Сейчас хочу рассказать про Барселону.
Spent two days in Samara. My parents live here, and I visited them once a year. Samara is a city on the Volga river in Russia. My hometown and the place where I grew up. I have mixed feelings now, in my younger years I wanted to move somewhere to escape from this place every second. But now I care about a calm and simple life, and the quiet routine helps me recover from my crazy lifestyle. Nothing has changed here in 25 years. Still the same road to school that I used to walk and the same beautiful sunset. Are there those who have also left their hometown and miss it?
