Had an amazing day a while back. I missed Japan so much that I decided to make an Japanese evening in the city of Bergen 🇳🇴🇯🇵First we ate a sharing menu at a place called Izakaya, where they serve traditional Japanese food. It was amazing. Totally recommend if you are in Bergen. After that we went to an anime sympho show by 38 Samurai. They were so talented! They have a Europe tour now, so I would recommend checking them out if you are into anime. After that we went for some more food at a place called Ranchi Ramen. I tried Curry for the first time, and it tasted sooo good. My friend had ramen, and she also enjoyed it. And finally we of course we had to do karaoke and drink beer.
Traditional Norwegian Christmas: - wake up early too see all the presents ‘Santa’ has brought- check out whatever is in your stocking- make Christmas dinner (adults) watch Christmas television or make time pass in another way (children)- dress up- eat dinner with family (I made pinnekjøtt for the first time ever, and turned out quite good) - Santa comes to visit- eat dessert - open all the presents (wow, what a shitload of presents we got this year)- chill, chat, eat snacks and check out the presents - put on your pyjamas and watch something stupid on television - good night ✨
🇬🇧I have 10 days to spend in Japan this october. What is the most important thing to see, in your opinion? I’m in the middle of planning my trip, so all advice is appreciated.🇯🇵今年の10月は日本で10日間過ごす予定です。
Hipp hipp hurra for 17. mai! 🇳🇴HAPPY 17th OF MAY! Today is the ‘birthday’ of Norway, also called Constitution Day. Very often the day starts with a champain breakfast with friends. Later the whole community have a huge childrens parade with fun and games at the end. Later its common to have a dinner party with family, and after that, adults go out partying till late night. Usually everybody is wearing a ‘bunad’, witch is the national gown in Norway. Today it was too hot to wear mine. I’ve added some pics from earlier celebrations with me and my friends in our bunads.
🇳🇴 Det var fint vær i Bergen i dag, så da fant jeg frem hengekøyen og tok meg en øl på fjellet.🇯🇵 今日のノルウェーは天気がよかったでした。 🇬🇧 It was nice weather in Bergen today, so I found my hammock and drank a beer on the mountain.
